NEW YORK - Pending an in-person meeting between the Arena Football League and the Arena Football League Player Association, the 2009 Dispersal Draft and the date teams can begin signing free agents have been temporarily closed. A date for the meeting has not yet been set but is expected to take place this week. After the conclusion of the meeting, new dates for the Dispersal Draft and free agency will be announced.
